As we kick off the 2026 Hilary Term, the Oxford University Sustainability Society is excited to share our roadmap for the months ahead. This term, our focus is on "Collaboration for Impact," with a series of initiatives designed to connect our student community with industry leaders, drive tangible change on campus, and amplify the voices of young sustainability advocates.
Key Initiatives for Hilary Term 2026:
Corporate Partnership Series: Building on our successful roundtables, we will host monthly "Partner Spotlight" events, featuring deep dives into the sustainability strategies of our corporate partners like Imogen Cars and General Transport.
Student-Led Projects: We are launching three new student-led projects focused on sustainable fashion, renewable energy advocacy, and local community outreach. Applications for project leads are now open.
Policy Engagement: Our policy team will be working closely with the university administration to push for more ambitious carbon reduction targets and improved sustainability reporting.
